String Bean Hoya / Hoya shepherdii
Trailing Plant: Native to the Himalayas, Hoya shepherdii is a striking variety with elongated leaves resembling string beans (hence the name).
They prefer bright indirect light and love high humidity. Hoya are a long lived plant that can be passed from generation to generation.
Indoors
Flowers: Perfumed, off-white to light pink star shaped flowers.
Light: Good indirect light and warm positions.
Water: Keep soil moist in warmer months but allow soil to dry between waterings in cooler months. Avoid water settling in tray and over watering this plant.
