Artist Bio
Peter Black is an emerging Hamilton based potter creating functional and decorative vessels for everyday use and special occasions. Using mainly Amaco glazes, Peter enjoys the interplay of metallic colours and the happy accidents when the glazes flow together, creating unique surprises.
Peter has been awarded 'Best Emerging Artist' at the 50thWaikato Society of Potters Exhibition in 2022.
